George Carrick
I'm a freelance photographer based in north Cumbria, specializing in editorial and PR photography. I have an extensive catalogue of published work spanning 30 years across all types of print media, websites and social media channels.
I spent the first 18 years of my career as a press photographer working for newspapers across the north of England and Scotland. My focus has shifted more towards corporate and PR work since I turned freelance in 1995, and I have worked across the UK and Europe creating content for a variety of clients from small businesses to big multinationals.
Based in north Cumbria I am within easy reach of the Lake District, Carlisle, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Northumbria, Dumfries and Galloway and the Scottish Borders.
